Women’s Retreat: Forgiveness, Fun, Friendship

By September 30, 2020 Events

We are hosting a small retreat at Sky Ranch Cave Springs in Quapaw, OK.  This is close to Joplin.

November 6th  4:00 PM through Sunday afternoon, November 8th.

We will be focusing on forgiveness from a Christian perspective.  We also are creating time for fun and relaxation.

There will be 3 people in a room.  You are free to request your roommates if you are coming with friends and they are also registered.  Otherwise, rooms will be assigned.

We will be playing some games and sitting by a campfire in the evenings.  We have a walk planned.  There are outdoor activities available including a zip line and super slide.  Please come with comfortable and casual clothes.  We will be having a church service Sunday morning with just our group so stay comfortable.

We know Covid is of concern.  We are asking that you come only if you have not been exposed to anyone who has tested positive, you have not tested positive within 2 weeks of the retreat, you feel well and have taken your temperature before departing for the retreat.  We will social distance as we can.  At times of close proximity, we will ask that you wear a mask.  There will be 3 people in a room at night.  We will have a thermometer to take temperatures in the morning and evening.  If a fever develops, we will ask that you return home. No refund for the weekend can be given if this occurs. We all know the risks in our society at this time.  We encourage you to come only if you feel safe doing so.

The cost is $300.  This is payable in 2 payments.  1/2 is due when you register and the remainder is due on October 30.  Once paid, it is nonrefundable.  If you cannot attend, you can transfer your registration to someone else.
